20 kN Hurricane eVibe — Deep Geothermal Imaging in Poland

As part of the URGENT project, acquisition activities at the Konin site support deep geothermal energy development. A 2D test seismic survey is used to identify fracture zones and faults, helping de-risk future geothermal development for a local heating plant.

  • Broadband low-frequency output for deep penetration (~4000 m targets)
  • High repeatability and precise phase control (FWI-ready data)
  • Strong large-offset energy for improved velocity model building
  • Low-impact electric operation, suitable for urban and industrial settings

S-Wave Seismic Survey with TU Delft

Faraday Geophysics, in collaboration with the Delft University of Technology, deployed the 3.5 kN eVibe to gather high-resolution subsurface data for geothermal exploration and academic research.

  • Cutting-edge S-wave acquisition
  • High-resolution subsurface imaging
  • Geothermal exploration applications
  • Collaboration with TU Delft research crew

20 kN Hurricane eVibe — Deep Geothermal in Hungary

Deployment of the 20 kN electric Hurricane eVibe in Hungary as part of the URGENT project — a key step toward high-resolution seismic imaging at target depths of ~4000 m, supporting robust velocity model building for deep geothermal.

  • Broadband low-frequency output for ~4000 m targets
  • High repeatability and phase control (FWI-ready data)
  • Strong large-offset energy for velocity model accuracy
  • Low-impact electric operation for industrial, agricultural and urban environments
